Biography....
Raised in the beautiful Commonwealth of Virginia, Rachel is the youngest of three children born into a musical family. She began singing in church as a young child. At the age of 11 she was traveling the up and down the East Coast ministering at different churches and concert venues with her family.
Rachel is a talented singer and gifted songwriter. God has truly blessed her with an anointing that is evident to the listener. She has a real passion for true ministry; she wants to make a difference in the lives of others through obedience to her calling.
It is her desire to walk in the path that God has set before her and reach as many people as she can along her journey with her inspirational music and her heart warming testimony.
In early 2010 Rachel had overwhelming response from individuals and radio alike to a song she wrote titled "Claim Your Victory". Rachel also sang lead on this moving song while traveling with her family in the group Restoration. In July of 2010 the song (which was promoted by The Rick Hendrix Company out of Nashville, Tennessee) climbed to #42 on The Singing News Top 80 chart. Rachel shares, "this song has been such a blessing to so many hurting people, I'm humbled that God would use me as a tool to get this message out there. I'm also thankful that my fiends in christian radio played the song". Rachel's first solo project “Stepping Out” was released in late 2012. This album contains 10 songs that were written by some very talented song writers. It's sure to become one of your favorites
Rachel has a great support system; including her husband, Michael Williams who travels along with her and runs the sound. Rachel and Mike have 4 children, who share their love for music. Kenton (19) who is a very talented young musician, God has blessed him with the ability to play guitar and drums. Then there is Carrington (10) she loves to sing and joins her mom on stage from time to time. Their middle daughter Karsen (4) is a miracle in herself, if you see this family in person you are sure to hear the awesome story and testimony about this very special littlle blessing! Last but certainly not least is their baby girl, Keelyn (1) who already shows an interest in music.
